本商品は受注生産商品です。
予約販売期間終了後、日本国内の職人・工房による製造を開始します。
予定製造期間、発送予定時期および配送予定期間については、商品ページまたはご注文時に表示します。
職人の稼働状況、原材料の調達状況、製造工程、受注状況、配送・通関状況その他やむを得ない事情により、予定時期が変更となる場合があります。
製造完了後、発送準備が整い次第、速やかに発送します。
発送後、追跡情報が利用可能な場合は、ご登録いただいたメールアドレス等を通じてご案内します。
This product is made to order.
Production by artisans and workshops in Japan will begin after the pre-order period has ended.
The estimated production period, shipping date, and delivery timeframe will be displayed on the product page or during the ordering process.
Estimated schedules may be subject to change due to artisan availability, procurement of materials, production processes, order volume, shipping or customs conditions, or other unavoidable circumstances.
Once production is completed and the product is ready for shipment, it will be dispatched as promptly as possible.
Where tracking information is available, it will be provided to the customer through the registered email address or other designated means after shipment.

注文後のキャンセル / Cancellations
本商品は数量限定かつ受注生産商品のため、注文および決済確定後のお客様都合によるキャンセルは、原則としてお受けできません。
ご注文確定前に、商品、サイズ、数量、配送先その他の注文内容を十分にご確認ください。
ただし、適用される法令により注文の取消し、返金その他の対応が必要となる場合は、当該法令に従います。
As this product is limited in quantity and made to order, cancellations due to customer circumstances cannot generally be accepted once the order and payment have been confirmed.
Please carefully review the product, size, quantity, shipping address, and all other order details before confirming your purchase.
However, where cancellation, refund, or other remedies are required under applicable law, we will comply with such legal requirements.

返品・交換 / Returns & Exchanges
商品の性質上、サイズ選択の誤り、イメージの相違、注文間違い、その他のお客様都合による返品・交換は原則としてお受けできません。
ただし、以下の場合は商品到着後7日以内にCustomer Supportまでご連絡ください。
* ご注文と異なる商品が届いた場合
* 商品に重大な製造上の不良がある場合
* 配送中に商品が著しく破損した場合
お問い合わせの際は、注文番号、お名前、該当商品の状態が確認できる写真をご用意ください。
商品の状態を確認したうえで、修理、交換、返金その他適切な対応をご案内します。
当社側の責任による不良・誤配送等の場合、返品または交換に必要となる合理的な送料は当社が負担します。
Due to the nature of these products, returns or exchanges due to customer circumstances—including incorrect size selection, differences from personal expectations, ordering mistakes, or similar reasons—cannot generally be accepted.
However, please contact Customer Support within seven (7) days of receiving the product if:
* You received a product different from the one you ordered.
* The product has a significant manufacturing defect.
* The product was significantly damaged during shipping.
When contacting Customer Support, please provide your order number, your name, and photographs clearly showing the condition of the relevant product.
After reviewing the condition of the product, we will advise you of the appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, refund, or other appropriate measures.
Where the issue is attributable to us, including manufacturing defects or incorrect shipment, we will bear the reasonable shipping costs required for the return or replacement.

ハンドメイド製品について / Handcrafted Products
本商品は、日本国内の職人によって一点ずつ製造されます。
天然素材および手仕事による製品のため、革の表情、色、質感、木目、縫製、寸法、仕上がり等に若干の個体差が生じる場合があります。
商品の使用または品質に支障のない範囲の個体差は、製品特性として取り扱い、不良品には該当しません。
Each product is individually handcrafted by artisans in Japan.
Because natural materials and handcrafting techniques are used, slight variations may occur in the appearance of the leather, color, texture, grain, stitching, dimensions, and overall finish.
Variations that do not affect the normal use or quality of the product are considered inherent characteristics of a handcrafted product and do not constitute defects.

関税等の未払い・受取拒否 / Customs Refusal & Non-Delivery
お客様による輸入関税、輸入税その他必要な輸入関連費用の未払い、必要な通関手続への不対応、または商品の受取拒否等により、商品が返送、保管、再配送または廃棄された場合、適用法令上認められる範囲で、それにより生じた返送料、保管料、再配送費用、廃棄費用その他合理的な費用をお客様にご負担いただく場合があります。
その場合の返金の可否および金額については、商品の状態、発生した費用および適用される法令等を考慮して判断します。
If a shipment is returned, held in storage, redelivered, or disposed of due to the customer’s failure to pay applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other required import-related charges, failure to complete required customs procedures, refusal to accept delivery, or similar circumstances, the customer may be responsible, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for reasonable costs arising as a result.
Such costs may include return shipping fees, storage fees, redelivery charges, disposal fees, and other related expenses.
In such cases, whether a refund will be issued and the amount of any refund will be determined based on the condition of the product, the costs incurred, and applicable laws and regulations.
