What is Setta?
Setta is a traditional form of Japanese footwear, historically worn by samurai, tea masters, and people throughout Japanese culture.
Defined by simplicity, functionality, and refined craftsmanship, Setta represents a timeless form of Japanese aesthetics.
雪駄とは
雪駄は、武士や茶人をはじめ、日本で古くから履かれてきた伝統的な履物です。
無駄を削ぎ落とした造形、機能性、そして職人技が融合した、日本独自の美意識を象徴する履物のひとつです。

The cowhide leather is finished with ultra-fine European pigments, creating a supple texture, refined depth, and natural character.

How to Wear Setta
Traditionally, Setta are worn with the heel extending approximately 1–3 cm beyond the sole.
The hanao and toe post may feel firm at first, but the leather gradually softens and conforms to your feet with wear.
雪駄の履き方
伝統的には、踵を台から約1〜3cmほど出して履きます。
新品時は鼻緒や先ツボが少し硬く感じる場合がありますが、履くほどに革が柔らかくなり、徐々に足へ馴染んでいきます。

Care & Usage Notes
Due to moisture, perspiration, rain, or friction, the dyed leather may transfer color to socks or clothing.
Natural variations in grain, texture, wrinkles, and color are characteristics of genuine leather and are not considered defects.
ご使用上の注意
汗、水分、雨、摩擦などにより、革の色が靴下や衣類などへ色移りする場合があります。
また、天然皮革のため、シボ・質感・シワ・色味には個体差があります。これらは天然素材ならではの特徴です。
